Jennifer Wright - Registered Clinical Counsellor
Jennifer Wright is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and a member of the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. She began her career working in crisis counselling as well as working with individuals, couples, and families in a private counselling practice.
Her treatment philosophy is rooted in Existential psychology and Humanistic psychology with and emphasis on evidence based treatments. Viktor Frankl, an Austrian neuroscientist and psychiatrist shared, ”For the meaning of life differs from man to man, from day to day and from hour to hour. What matters, therefore, is not the meaning of life in general but rather the specific meaning of a person’s life at a given moment.” She works collaboratively with each client to develop a treatment plan that is unique to the goals they want to accomplish. Each person and their life experience are unique and therefore require individualized treatment modalities.
